Time to take off the covered porch from this 10 School Street home, pour a foundation, and build it back on. The goal is to have a 4 season room where we can relax, soak in winter sun rays and entertain. Unlike 'Second Story', this project will be primarily driven by our own labor...with of course expert opinions of those who actually know what they are doing.

Completion of Sunday's Framing
OK - now we can see what this will look like.....in the porch revival. Steve has given us directions on next steps and we can't reach him for 2 weeks.
Love this...how good to document this so "normal" people can follow and understand. I didn't know about "serious" nail guns...don't know much about nail guns in general. Can't wait to see more. Susanna
