Porch Revival

Time to take off the covered porch from this 10 School Street home, pour a foundation, and build it back on. The goal is to have a 4 season room where we can relax, soak in winter sun rays and entertain. Unlike 'Second Story', this project will be primarily driven by our own labor...with of course expert opinions of those who actually know what they are doing.

One Step at a Time

Last night we let water assist in the demo of the steps. I used the hose to remove the dirt so it would just fall in! Didn't just fall in. It fell on the wall of cinderblocks because it really just sank.
