Time to take off the covered porch from this 10 School Street home, pour a foundation, and build it back on. The goal is to have a 4 season room where we can relax, soak in winter sun rays and entertain. Unlike 'Second Story', this project will be primarily driven by our own labor...with of course expert opinions of those who actually know what they are doing.

trim is almost complete
So here's our decision on the trim over the windows and slider. We've added a narrow shelf to allow for displays. More filler, caulk, sanding and paint and this part of the project will be complete.
