Time to take off the covered porch from this 10 School Street home, pour a foundation, and build it back on. The goal is to have a 4 season room where we can relax, soak in winter sun rays and entertain. Unlike 'Second Story', this project will be primarily driven by our own labor...with of course expert opinions of those who actually know what they are doing.

first coat of paint
Nail holes are patched and the first coat of paint is on the new trim. Once it was dry, all the gaps were caulked. One more coat tomorrow, then onto baseboard!
