Time to take off the covered porch from this 10 School Street home, pour a foundation, and build it back on. The goal is to have a 4 season room where we can relax, soak in winter sun rays and entertain. Unlike 'Second Story', this project will be primarily driven by our own labor...with of course expert opinions of those who actually know what they are doing.

step - done
After several coats of poly, the threshold step is installed. A piece of trim below completes the work at the entrance. Now just a final coat of poly and a coat of paint will make it all look good.
