Time to take off the covered porch from this 10 School Street home, pour a foundation, and build it back on. The goal is to have a 4 season room where we can relax, soak in winter sun rays and entertain. Unlike 'Second Story', this project will be primarily driven by our own labor...with of course expert opinions of those who actually know what they are doing.

Roofing Complete
An early start allowed for completion of the roof shingles. There's still a piece of flashing that needs to be installed between the sidewall and the roof but that will come later when the trim is installed.
