Time to take off the covered porch from this 10 School Street home, pour a foundation, and build it back on. The goal is to have a 4 season room where we can relax, soak in winter sun rays and entertain. Unlike 'Second Story', this project will be primarily driven by our own labor...with of course expert opinions of those who actually know what they are doing.

Mice Homestead Disrupted
Here is where the porch connected to the house.......and here is the FORMER homestead of several generations of mice.......spilling out onto the floor.
